YOUR TASKS
- You are the first point of contact and create a professional welcome culture for national and international guests and business partners.
- You receive, look after and entertain visitors in a friendly and competent manner.
- You will answer national and international calls and forward them professionally to the right contact person.
- You process incoming and outgoing mail as well as courier shipments in a reliable and structured manner.
- You support the coordination of internal and external meetings, events and trade fairs.
- You will contribute to our professional trade fair presence by ensuring an optimally maintained stand presentation and supporting the visitor experience on site.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) / office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable apprenticeship.
- Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in customer service, reception or office management.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English in order to be able to communicate with international guests.
- You have a friendly and professional demeanor.
- You are highly reliable and have excellent organizational skills.
- You impress with your flexibility, stress resistance and high level of commitment.
- You enjoy direct customer contact and optimizing processes.
