As Account Manager TMC (m/f/d) you are the contact person for our customers and travel agency partners, ensure the optimal use of our services and support them with tailor-made travel management solutions.
Tasks
- You provide proactive and comprehensive support to our customers and travel agency partners in our account management team
- You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure optimal use of our services as well as the strategic expansion of our product range
- You actively strengthen customer loyalty and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction
- You work closely with the sales, IT and customer service teams - together you ensure smooth processes and strong results
- You take responsibility for projects and contribute your ideas
Qualifications
- Completed training in travel or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Travel Specialist or in a comparable position in an industry-related environment
- Ideally experience with OBE systems
- Negotiation skills, an independent and detail-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
- You are characterized by team spirit, personal responsibility and resilience
- Confident handling of Office programs and a high affinity for digital tools and new systems
- Business fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English
