Your area of responsibility
- Creation of individual vacation offers and their booking
- Service-oriented processing and answering of incoming inquiries from our customers by phone, email and chat
- Booking additional services (e.g. rental car and travel insurance)
- Shift work in alternating shifts – Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 17:00; 11:00 – 20:00; 13:00 – 22:00; weekends and public holidays: 10:00 – 18:00 (time off in lieu is granted for weekend and public holiday work)
Your qualification
- Completed training as a tourism agent or initial professional experience in travel sales
- Strong sales talent with pleasure in sales as well as high customer and service orientation
- Good product and destination knowledge
- Experience in dealing with tourist booking systems
- Time flexibility
- Reliability and team spirit
