We are looking for a dedicated freelancer (m/f/d) for our Guest Relations department in Catalonia, who will warmly welcome our travelers and look after them during their stay in our busy arrival and departure months from March to June 2025. As our face on site, you will be responsible for the smooth organization - from welcoming people at the airport and holding information events to quality assurance and complaints processing. Your tasks

Warm welcome and greeting of our guests at the airport

First point of contact for our guests on site for any issues
- Representation of Reisen Aktuell in the destination Catalonia
- Looking after our guests for the entire duration of the trip (incl. information events at the hotel, excursions and constant availability)
- Ensuring a smooth travel process and continuous quality assurance

Close cooperation with local agencies and tour guides on site

Detailed documentation, reporting and regular exchange with the quality management team
Your profile
- Tourism training / further education, studies or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a tour guide / travel companion / guest relations manager

Very good knowledge of group management, as well as very good knowledge of the country and culture of Catalonia

Very good language skills in German, English and Spanish / Catalan
- Residence in the region is desirable
- Driving license class B (car)
