Hotel Purchasing Own Arrival Field Service (m/f/d)
Place of work: Home office with predominantly field service activities
Start: immediately
Your role in the team
- Purchasing hotel services (short, medium and long-term)
- Independent contract negotiations with existing and future partners
- Support and cooperation with local managers and product management
- Support for existing service partners
- Acquisition of new service partners
- Independent conclusion of contracts and active product development
- Meaningful preparation of analyses and statistics (review and reporting of current bookings and actual figures)
- Attending trade fairs and workshops
- Coordination of internal processes and team/department
cross-departmental workflows
What you have in your luggage
- Completed vocational training
- Relevant professional experience in hotel purchasing or in the
tourism environment - Extensive destination, industry and market knowledge
- Strong understanding of organizational processes and tourism contexts
- Strong customer orientation and sociability
- Ability to work in a team, service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Business fluent appearance
- Language skills (at least written and spoken English)
- Very good MS Office skills and a good understanding of figures
