Do you have a sound knowledge of AMADEUS and IATA, experience in route planning and ticketing, are you communicative, customer-oriented and enjoy supporting customers in the decision-making process to book their dream trip?
Then the following tasks might suit you:
- Flexible flight planning for short and long-haul flights (transfer/direct connection, advance booking 2-3 days)
- Making reservations and bookings as well as issuing and reissuing tickets
- Calculating and negotiating air fares
- Coordination with airlines regarding quota negotiations and administration
- Processing and resolving flight complaints
- Preparing quotations and invoices for our customers
- Responsibility for general office organization as well as efficient handling of the common Microsoft 365 programs and Da Vinci
