We offer
Compensation— after all, money matters: As an employer, we stand out with vacation pay and a Christmas bonus—meaning you’ll receive a total of 13.3 months’ salary annually. In addition, your salary will steadily increase, as we match the wage increases set by the private insurance industry. You’ll also receive capital-forming benefits that you can use as you wish.
Vacation— you can’t thrive without time off: Look forward to 6 weeks of vacation per year.
Professional Development— because standing still means falling behind: The continuous development of our employees is important to us. Benefit from training tailored to your needs and individualized professional development opportunities.
Your Workplace— Your Everyday Home: We offer you the option to choose between different weekly work schedules: part-time at 19, 25, 30, or 34 hours, or full-time at 38 hours. You’ll also work at a modern, ergonomic workstation as part of an open-minded and motivated team. A respectful work environment and job satisfaction are key to our success.
Retirement planning— think about the future early: We’re happy to support your company retirement plan with a financial contribution.
Stay mobile —and stay fit: We offer a subsidy for your commuter pass, and if you’re a permanent employee, you’ll have the option to lease a Jobrad bike through payroll.
