Your tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the third-party sales department and disciplinary management of 6 employees
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives, particularly in the B2B sector
- Support and acquisition of travel agencies, chains, cooperations and third-party sales partners
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and key figures, including the development of business plans
- Developing strategies and implementing measures to further develop processes and booking, commission and IT systems
- Collaboration with internal departments to optimize service quality and partner satisfaction
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business, tourism or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position, ideally in the tourism / travel industry
- Strong leadership skills and experience in employee management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Willingness to travel on business
