- Disciplinary and technical leadership of teams
- Responsibility for the continuous optimization of dynamic travel products
- Analysis of market and competitive trends for the strategic development of the product portfolio
- Negotiating and maintaining relationships with partners and technology providers
- Development and implementation of KPIs to measure the success of the strategy and ensure target achievement
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve product performance
- Managing projects for the further development and digitalization of the product range structure in order to strengthen competitiveness
Your strengths
- Several years of experience in the tourism industry, ideally in the area of dynamic packaging with a tour operator
- Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
- Technical understanding of booking systems, API interfaces and dynamic pricing
- Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus, communication and negotiation skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
