Your tasks
- Leading and developing the process management team with 10 employees
- Responsibility for the tourism systems used in travel agency sales
- Development, implementation and optimization of efficient business processes
- Continuous exchange with all specialist departments to identify potential for improvement
- Ensuring comprehensive support for tourism systems & processes
- Quality assurance and monitoring of the defined processes
- Regular exchange with providers for the further development of the systems used
- Continuous market observation and review of new systems and trends
- Conducting pilot phases to test new systems/processes
- Purchasing and contract negotiations with providers of tourism systems
- Coordination of cross-departmental training and further education measures
- Collaboration on Group-wide projects as a representative of the travel agency sales division
Your profile
- Training or studies in the field of travel sales / tourism
- Multi-year professional and management experience
- Excellent knowledge of the sales and mid-office systems available on the market
- Extensive knowledge of the travel agency business model (private and business customers)
- In-depth knowledge of process management
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Team player and high social competence
- Results-oriented and structured work
- Good mix of strategic working methods and hands-on mentality
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products and high IT affinity
- Written and spoken English
