Director Product Management Self-Drive & Performance Management (m/f/d)

Your role in the team
- Conception and implementation of a comprehensive performance management (yield & revenue) for all Eurotours products
- Responsibility for tracking and optimizing the performance of all product lines
- Use of data analysis and quality management to increase efficiency
- Work closely with the team to make data-driven decisions to increase revenue and improve margins
What you have in your luggage
- Sound experience in revenue & yield management in tourism
- Strong knowledge of relevant tools and technical systems
- Leadership experience and strong analytical thinking
- Completed training in tourism or a degree in tourism/business administration
- Professional experience in a similar function in a tourism environment as well as knowledge of the tour operator market plus destination & product knowledge
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills
- Experience with transformation processes and strong implementation skills
