Our teams in Zurich, London, Stuttgart and Hong Kong work to achieve this. We sell tours to direct customers and supply B2B customers worldwide with tourist offers from Switzerland.

General Manager

What you can do.
- Responsibility for management & development according to a defined strategy
- Organizational management of employees at the Stuttgart location (Kornwestheim)
- Ensuring effective cooperation between cross-location specialist teams
- Ensuring smooth operational processes for the sale of our offers
- Planning and implementing marketing and sales activities in collaboration with the specialist managers
- Supporting customers and business partners
What you bring with you.
- Higher education in business administration
- Business fluent in German and English - other languages an advantage
- Many years of commercial experience in tourism
- Sound, successful management experience
- Strong teamwork skills, also in cross-location teams
- Personal network in tourism - ideally in Switzerland and Germany
- Confident and winning manner
