We are looking for a (Junior) Product Manager for Cruises (m/f/d) to join our tour operator division, where we create unique, dreamlike all-inclusive cruise packages with a great deal of dedication and passion.

Your course with us
The declared aim: to combine our favorite product, cruises, with various additional services such as flights, transfers, hotel accommodation and pre- and post-programs to create unforgettable travel adventures with sea value.
Your core tasks are:
- Creating travel packages with the cruise as the core product
- Communication with service providers such as shipping companies, hotels, airlines, transfer companies, etc.
- Close cooperation with our internal marketing, content and sales teams
- Booking of the individual modules
- 2nd level complaint management and escalation level
- Creation, optimization and monitoring of processes and booking instructions
- Maintenance of the landing page for our complete packages
- Collaboration in legal matters (contracts with partners, general terms and conditions, etc.)
- Collaboration in the product placement of our complete packages
What you have in your luggage
- Training as a tourism clerk (m/f/d), further training as a tourism specialist (m/f/d) or studies in the field of tourism
- First experience with a tour operator and/or in tourism product management
- Experience in the sale of cruises
- You also know your way around the world and score points with your knowledge of the destination.
- You can juggle the usual MS Office applications in your sleep.
- You have a high degree of online and system affinity.
- Whether German or English - you are confident in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
- You are passionate about tourism and want to play a proactive role in creating our own complete packages.
