Tourism Specialist for our Flight Department (m/f/d)
Permanent position | Full-time or part-time
Do you have a background in tourism and are you looking for a new challenge at a leading tour operator? As the point of contact for all flight-related matters, do you have an analytical mindset that allows you to facilitate a wide variety of travel destinations for our customers in collaboration with colleagues from flight procurement and product? Are you proficient in Excel and Amadeus and want to become part of an experienced team?

Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring the availability of our group tour products by managing flight quotas (increases/reductions)
- Negotiating with airlines regarding additional capacity and prices in collaboration with the Flight Procurement team
- Ensuring compliance with negotiated contract terms, such as release, name, and ticketing deadlines
- Implementing measures in the event of flight cancellations, schedule changes, etc.
- Supporting the team in crisis situations, e.g., during strikes
Your Profile
- Completed training in the tourism industry
- Knowledge of “Amadeus” is desirable
- Structured, independent work style, high level of commitment, and team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking
- Very good written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
