Travel Agency Support Service Agent (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Serving as the point of contact for travel agencies regarding any questions that arise about booked vacation trips via phone, email, and chat
- Making changes to bookings (e.g., rescheduling, rebooking flights or hotels)
- Providing assistance and suggesting solutions for specialized inquiries (e.g., package tours or group travel)
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., accounting, flight and hotel procurement)
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in business or tourism, or practical experience in the tourism sector (students are also welcome)
- Enjoyment of working on the phone and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on quality and service
- Reliability and team spirit
