We are a family-run travel agency in the second generation based in Berlin-Neukölln. We have been serving a loyal clientele for many years and stand for personal advice, reliability and a genuine passion for travel. What counts for us is not mass processing, but individual and sustainable customer relations.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed new team member for our consulting business.
Your tasks
- Personal and competent advice for our customers
- Selling package tours and individually tailored trips
- Booking flights, rail travel and hotels
- Creating customized travel offers
- Processing reservations and travel documents
- Service-oriented support before, during and after the trip
Your profile
- Completed training as a travel agency clerk (m/f/d) or tourism clerk (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in a travel agency desirable
- Experience with common booking and reservation systems
- Pleasure in consulting and sales
- Service-oriented appearance and strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
- Independent and structured way of working
