Yield Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Permanent Position | Full-Time
Your Responsibilities
- Assigning travel dates to routes or airports
- Checking and ensuring the availability of travel arrangements
- Serving as the point of contact for, e.g., overbooking inquiries from the Customer Service department
- Managing quotas and tenders to achieve the desired utilization rate
- Adjusting quotas before or during rebookings, rescheduling, optimizations, or quota returns due to, for example, stop sales
- Creating alternative dates or submitting requests for additional capacity to colleagues in Product Management, followed by entering any additional capacity into the system
- Communicating with the flight and bus departments to improve capacity utilization and route planning, and continuously optimizing routes
Your Profile
- Completed business apprenticeship or college degree
- Ideally, professional experience in a comparable role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Goal-oriented and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and find solutions
- Proficiency in spoken and written German
