Your Responsibilities
- You’ll maintain existing customer relationships, establish new business connections, and continuously build upon them.
- You’ll receive booking inquiries and handle them professionally and with a focus on finding solutions.
- You’ll conduct contract negotiations with hotels and service providers and bring them to a successful conclusion.
- You’ll develop creative travel concepts—from the initial idea through pricing to the finished, attractive all-inclusive package.
- You monitor the market and competitors, identify trends early on, and use them to identify new opportunities.
- You’ll occasionally go on business trips, attend trade shows, network there, and deepen your understanding of the market.
Your Profile
- Completed business apprenticeship or comparable qualification—a vocational training program or degree in tourism would be the icing on the cake
- Ideally, professional experience in sales and/or tourism procurement—motivated professionals and career changers are welcome
- A solid understanding of business administration and proficiency with Office applications
- Proficiency in English (B2)—both spoken and written
- An independent, goal- and results-oriented work style with a high degree of self-organization
- Strong communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team are among your strengths
