Your mission
Private shopping outside opening hours, enjoying a private dinner on the Pyramidenkogel or spending the night in the Château de Chillon - with us you are not planning a run-of-the-mill stay. You take hospitality to a new level, design unique experiences and create memories for life for our exclusive clients from all over the world.
Your tasks - making unique experiences possible
- Planning, conception and development of exclusive vacation trips and unique short trips, including research
- Complete processing from booking in the system and with our partners to communication with agencies, guests, partners and service providers
- Continuous expansion of product knowledge with regard to all destinations in our portfolio
Your profile - travel enthusiasm meets advisory skills
- Completed training as a travel or tourism specialist; lateral entry from the hotel or language sector possible, e.g. as a receptionist / receptionist / foreign language secretary / European correspondent / foreign language correspondent / translator / interpreter (m/f/d) or similar.
- Professional experience in consulting, e.g. in a travel agency, with a tour operator or in an exclusive hotel (reception) desirable
- Good knowledge of German and excellent written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement
- Confident handling of common IT applications and MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a structured working style
