Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
- Processing written customer communications using software solutions and automation tools
- Processing bookings, cancellations, and travel-related tasks in our tourism software solutions
- Contacting customers by phone to clarify their concerns
- Ensuring compliance with our quality standards to maintain and manage customer satisfaction despite high-volume processing
- Participating in ongoing internal training sessions on customer communication processes and the software solutions used therein
Your Profile as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
- Completed vocational training
- Professional experience in written customer communication
- Enthusiasm for daily customer service with a focus on written communication, as well as phone support
- Strong technical skills in using software, Office applications, web browsers, and customer service or complaint management software
- A conscientious and meticulous approach to handling customer data
- Proficiency in spoken and written German
- Basic understanding of data protection and data security
