The tasks:

  • Working in the field, traveling
  • Relationship management and personal support for our existing customers
  • New customer acquisition and implementation of new customers in cooperation with the Process & Quality managers
  • Sales, up-selling and cross-selling of AER products and airline products
  • Increasing revenue and improving results at customer level
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and optimizing quality as well as customer training
  • Collaborating closely with the Commercial Support Team (Internal Sales), Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance and other divisions
  • Ongoing reporting of customer activities in CRM
  • Collaboration in projects
  • Reports to the Senior Manager Commercial

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a travel agent or tourism agent
  • Multi-year sales experience in the tourism industry or airline industry
  • High level of service and results orientation
  • Independent, structured and independent work
  • Confident appearance and presentation skills
  • Experience in working on projects
  • Very good Microsoft skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level of initiative, focused and prioritized work
  • In addition to German, a good command of English is required
