About the position:
- Advise and support our customers in planning and organizing their most beautiful weeks of the year and make dream vacations come true
- Sell trips and other tourism services from our product portfolio
- Win new customers for our products & services and inspire our numerous regular customers to travel with TUI again - in person, by phone or digitally
- Additionally as sales office manager: Take responsibility for personnel, marketing and sales for the travel agency and manage it in a target- and result-oriented manner as well as independently develop sales-promoting measures and implement them together with the team
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a travel agent or tourism agent (m/f/d) or a similar qualification in the tourism or commercial sector
- Professional experience in a travel agency with strong specialist, product and destination knowledge
- User knowledge in dealing with reservation and booking systems
- Communicative and committed personality with a strong team spirit, enthusiasm for travel and a talent for sales
- Very good written and spoken German
