Do you want to do more than just manage in product management—do you want to actively shape it? For our Canary Islands market, we’re looking for you as a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d). With your analytical expertise, your experience in yield management, market analysis, and contract negotiations, as well as your strong teamwork skills, you’ll strategically develop our product portfolio and, together with internal and external partners, steer it toward sustainable economic success.
Here are your responsibilities:
- As the primary point of contact for our service providers and agencies in the Canary Islands target market, you’ll ensure structured and professional collaboration.
- You will regularly prepare and evaluate market, competitive, and performance analyses and use them to derive concrete measures.
- Price comparisons and market observations serve as the basis for informed decisions in product and revenue management.
- You will actively support short- and medium-term pricing strategies (yield management) and contribute to the implementation of corresponding measures.
- You independently prepare, conduct, and follow up on contract negotiations and special promotions with service providers throughout the year.
- You will develop new product ideas and offering concepts with an eye toward market requirements, profitability, and customer value.
- Working closely with internal departments and contacts in the target region, you will drive initiatives forward in a solution-oriented manner.
- As the point of contact for all product-related matters, you support internal teams with your expertise and provide the basis for decision-making.
- The further development of the target region is based on your own assessments, clear market observations, and tourism experience.
- You will actively participate in the design and further development of our catalogs, as well as in the preparation of offers for marketing and sales purposes.
- You will prepare, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotion measures.
What you should bring to the role:
- Completed tourism training or a degree with a focus on tourism
- Several years of solid experience in product management at a tour operator
- Very strong numerical skills and well-developed analytical abilities
- Experience in contract negotiations and working with service providers
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Assertiveness and a confident demeanor
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for actively driving projects forward
- Willingness to travel abroad regularly
- Excellent English skills and proficiency with MS 365; ideally, experience with tourism systems
