Job Overview
As our Revenue Manager (all genders), you’ll take the lead in pricing, managing, and optimizing our travel products. Your decisions will have a direct impact on revenue, load factors, and overall business success.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage pricing for our travel packages, including flights, hotels, and transfers
- Develop smart margin calculations for our online offers for the EWH, HLM, and TZO brands
- Keep a close eye on profitability across all products
- Yield & Revenue Management
- Drive dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Turn data into clear, actionable pricing decisions
- Evaluate and analyze your pricing decisions and adjust them based on your findings
- Controlling & Forecasting
- Analyze booking trends and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Keep track of market trends and competitors
- Develop forecasts that guide our commercial strategy
- Capacity Management
- Monitor the availability of flight quotas and hotel allotments
- Develop promotional ideas and calculate special offers
- Ensure we’re making the most of every seat and every room
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Purchasing
- Serve as a key sounding board across teams when it comes to commercial decisions
- Be part of a small, dynamic team with a high degree of ownership and the opportunity to develop and implement new ideas
What you'll need
- Background in tourism, business, or a comparable commercial field
- At least 5–7 years of experience in yield/revenue management or tourism pricing
- Experience with yield management systems and analytical dashboards
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
