Thanks to our more than 30 years of experience in the tourism industry and our regular participation in travel fairs in Berlin, Hamburg, and Stuttgart, customers from all over Germany value our company’s expertise.
We are looking for, starting September 1, 2026:
Tourism Specialist (m/f/d) for customized trips to South America
Your qualifications:
- Completed training in tourism
- in-depth knowledge of Chile and South America
- Good written and spoken German and Spanish skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency with the Amadeus Selling Platform Connect flight reservation system
- Team spirit, ability to work in a team, initiative, flexibility, high level of commitment, and ability to handle pressure
- Strong focus on sales and consulting
- Ability to work independently
- Service-oriented and responsible demeanor
Your responsibilities:
- Professional planning and sales of customized tours to South America
- Providing professional customer consultations
- Flight bookings via the Amadeus Selling Platform Connect
- Booking travel components (hotels, rental cars, cruises, day trips, etc.)
- Preparation and mailing of travel documents
- Invoicing
- Participation in and consultation at the most important travel fairs for end customers (Stuttgart, Hamburg)
- Booking and handling of group tours
- Processing of customer payments via the PAYPLACE system
- Purchasing travel insurance through the VERS-on booking interface provided by HanseMerkur
- Management and maintenance of our Facebook and Instagram pages
- Contributing to the completion of our new website
- Implementation of new tour operator software
Salary:
Negotiable
Work hours:
37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri from 9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.)
Vacation:
30 days
