As part of a succession plan, we are seeking, to start as soon as possible, a
Regional Manager (m/f/d)
for Southern Germany (Postal Code Area 8) on a full-time basis.
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for approximately 12 travel agencies in the specified sales region.
Your responsibilities will include
- Leading, coaching, and developing branch managers and sales teams
- Fostering a respectful and performance-oriented corporate culture
- Supporting the teams with sales, service, and HR matters
- Analyzing key performance indicators and devising effective measures to achieve goals
- Identifying market potential and developing regional sales strategies
- Supporting change processes and implementing new concepts
- Recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning within the region
What You Bring to the Table
- Several years of experience leading, developing, and motivating large, decentralized teams
- Ideally, a travel agency background within a tourism chain or branch structure
- Strong numerical skills and confidence in working with business metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to results
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Willingness to travel within your sales territory
