Job Overview

Own and drive the full product lifecycle—from contracting and pricing to portfolio and performance management—while turning data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration into compelling, bookable vacation experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • You manage your product portfolio end-to-end—from the first hotel deal to the final vacation package
  • You negotiate hotel agreements, optimize commercial terms, and support pricing decisions
  • You ensure our offers are bookable, available, competitive, and attractive to our customers
  • You continuously develop the portfolio by identifying new opportunities, concepts, and partners
  • You’ll work closely with Yield/Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to bring great products to market
  • You analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance, and translate these insights into actionable steps
  • You monitor bookings, revenue, and key business indicators to drive portfolio performance
  • You provide product recommendations and help shape strategic decisions for your destinations and products
  • You drive process improvements and contribute to the further development of our product organization
  • Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll lead cross-functional projects and serve as the primary liaison between our hotel partners and marketing teams. You’ll help shape how our products are positioned, promoted, and brought to life for our customers.

What you’ll need

  • You have experience in Product Management, Hotel Contracting, Purchasing, Revenue Management, or comparable roles within the travel industry
  • You understand how tour operators, hotel providers, bedbanks, or hotel chains operate
  • You have a degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a comparable qualification
  • You are comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance analyses
  • You have experience with pricing, reporting, and commercial decision-making
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
  • You are familiar with booking systems, product management tools, Excel, and business intelligence solutions
