Your tasks:
- Sale of cruises and individual additional services
- Advice and support for our customers on the phone and by e-mail
- Complaints management
- Processing refunds, reversals or corrections and obtaining feedback from service providers
- Working on targeted problem solving and ensuring a continued positive relationship with our customers
- Processing figures for various quality and complaint reports
What you bring with you:
- ideally professional experience in the tourism sector with experience in customer service and complaints processing
- basic legal knowledge of travel law is an advantage
- fluent written and spoken German and good basic knowledge of English
- strong customer orientation, empathy, commitment, good self-organization, resilience and accuracy
- confident in the use of common MS Office applications, e.g. to create simple reports
- professional expression, especially in written but also in verbal communication
- Ability to relate positively to our customers in order to strike the right tone even in communicatively challenging situations
- a high degree of care and quality awareness in service and communication with customers
