Your tasks:
Are you a real sales professional with a passion for cruises? Whether balcony or inside cabin, ocean or river cruise: do you want to advise our customers on the most beautiful ships and destinations and are you passionate about passing on this enthusiasm to others?
Then come on board our team in Frankfurt am Main or in the home office! We have already been able to recruit many new colleagues for our team over the last few months and will continue to grow next year. Therefore, we are looking for new crew members for March 1, 2025.
- Sale of cruises and individual additional services
- Advice and support for our customers on the phone and by email
- individual preparation of cruise offers and travel programs
- Answering all questions and concerns throughout the entire travel planning process
- Supporting the optimization of our workflows and internal processes
What you bring with you:
- completed commercial or tourism training or a comparable qualification
- Service and customer orientation paired with a natural sales talent
- great enthusiasm for cruises and ideally knowledge of the industry
- Experience with TOMA desirable, but not a must
- Commitment, flexibility and a strong team spirit
- very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
