Your tasks
- Approval and creation of new agencies, as well as master data maintenance
- Processing of goodwill applications
- Contact person for travel agencies in the DACH market
- Field service support and support of the sales team with operational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business
- Planning, organization and implementation of info trips, training courses (online/offline), roadshows, ship tours, trade fairs and events
- Approval and settlement of advertising subsidies
Your profile
- completed training as a travel agent or tourism agent
- Industry experience, preferably in a travel agency
- Organizational talent and experience in planning events
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, resilience and customer-oriented behavior
- analytical thinking and commercial understanding
- very good knowledge of MS Office
- Foreign language skills in English
