Account Representative (m/f/d) -Corporate & Regional Markets (DE, AT, PL, IT)
We are looking for a dedicated Marketing & Sales Representative to support our team in the areas of Corporate Sales and Area 3 (Germany, Austria, Poland, Italy). The aim is to achieve our sales targets and ensure a positive travel experience for our customers.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Identification and acquisition of potential partners in the corporate and TMC/NON-TMC segment
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and supporting contract negotiations
- Contact person for partner requirements and travel needs
- Maintaining sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
- Collaboration on sales reports and market analyses
- Development of customized travel solutions
- Analyzing travel data and monitoring market trends
- Ensuring excellent customer service and collaboration with internal departments
- Compliance with company guidelines and industry standards
- Occasional travel to client meetings and industry events
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, marketing or comparable experience
- First experience in account management, ideally in the airline/travel industry
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong relationship skills and team player
- Knowledge of the airline industry and CRM software (Sales Force) an advantage
- Goal-oriented, motivated and results-oriented
- Native German and business fluent English required; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Driving license desirable
