Your tasks
- Customer care. Travel agencies. Tour operators and corporate clients
- Handling customer feedback and complaints
- Customer communication via social media
- Issuing and billing of flight tickets and EMDs
- Processing of group bookings
- Support for sales and marketing activities
- Creation of newsletters
Your qualifications
- At least two years' experience with an airline, tour operator or travel agency
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Commitment and initiative
- Confident in working with Amadeus Altea and AGM
- Experience in dealing with Salesforce
- Good PC skills in MS Office
