We are looking for a
Head of Product & Sales (m/f/d)
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the travel, tourism or hotel industry
- You enjoy working with people from all over Europe
- You speak, read and write English at least well
- You are organized, work in a structured and reliable manner
- You are very good with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of tourist reservation systems is an advantage
Your tasks:
- You will lead a team of currently three people
- You play an active role in the development of new products and take care of their presentation online, in our catalog and in newsletters.
- You ensure that our products are bookable in all systems.
- You are responsible for the pricing of our products. This includes not only internal coordination with our area managers and advisors, but also coordination with external partners.
- You monitor the occupancy rate of our accommodation and create and publish targeted offers accordingly
- You are the face and voice of Albatross for our sales partners
- You prepare contracts in consultation with our lawyers and monitor existing contracts
- In the event of technical problems or new programming in our reservation system, you will work with our software partner to find a solution
