Sales Director (m/f/d) tourism sales force

We are the market leader in travel insurance in Germany and work with many well-known partners from all areas of the travel industry. The best possible support for our sales partners and close cooperation are very important to us so that our joint customers can travel with the best possible protection.
Your tasks
- Management of the "Tourist field service & travel agencies" team
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, tourism management or comparable training
- Many years of experience in tourism, preferably also in the tourism sales force
- Experience in leading teams
- A deep understanding of the structures and requirements of travel agencies, the systems and the tourism markets in Germany
- Knowledge of travel insurance products and their distribution is an advantage
- Leadership personality: You should be able to lead, motivate and coordinate a team working remotely. This requires a high level of communication, assertiveness and empathy.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies
- Analytical thinking and results orientation: focus on achieving sales targets and optimizing sales processes
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness to travel
