
Your Responsibilities
- Sales and Team Assistant in the Travel Sales Division (tour operators, sea and river tourism, and travel agency chains)
- Preparing for and assisting with the acquisition of new key accounts (in coordination with the team and supervisors)
- Communicating with and managing all matters related to existing key accounts (in coordination with the Key Account Manager)
- Assisting with meeting preparations
- Creating client-specific presentations, reports, and decision-making documents
- Conducting trend and, where applicable, price analyses as well as data analyses
- Performing administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination
- Independently implementing sales campaigns (e.g., incentives, trade shows, etc.)
Your Profile
- Business or tourism training
- Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of tour operators, sea/river tourism, and/or travel agency chains
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly and put them into practice
- A strong aptitude for working with numbers
- Enjoy working with customers
- Strong motivation and communication skills
- A conscientious and organized approach to work
