Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting our customers by telephone and e-mail
- Coordination with our service providers in Great Britain and Europe in German and English
- Preparation of individual travel offers
- Handling of booking processes
- Preparation of travel documents
Your profile:
- Commercial training (ideally with a focus on tourism)
- Reliability
- Independent way of working
- Friendly demeanor
- Good knowledge of English, German and MS Office
