Your tasks
- Personal support for the head offices of travel agency chains and cooperations
- Annual planning, implementation and control of marketing and sales measures
- Planning, implementation and control of distribution and sales strategies
- Responsibility for monthly chain and key account reporting to the partners
- Preparation of weekly in-house reports on stationary sales
- Preparation and creation of specific tender documents and their approval
- Supervision of information trips and implementation of Germany-wide training courses
- Creation and implementation of product and sales presentations as well as online training courses
- Participation in conferences, B2B trade fairs and other industry events
Your profile
- industry-specific training and professional experience in tourism in a comparable position
- above-average service orientation and affinity for cruises
- strong sales and acquisition skills with proven sales successes
- existing contacts with tourism sales partners in the region
- inspiring communication and presentation skills
- high resilience and willingness to travel
- independent and self-motivated way of working from an existing home office in the sales area (southern Bavaria/Austria)
- confident handling of the CRS and MS Office available in the industry
