Sales Specialist - Travel Agent (m/f/d)
YOUR TASK:
- You manage our flagship store together with all other crew members.
- Employee development: You keep an eye on your crew and mutually ensure the individual development of all crew members.
- Customer enthusiasm: You work to inspire, advise and retain customers and also act as a point of contact for small and medium-sized companies.
- Knowledge transfer: You share your expertise within the team and ensure that valuable knowledge is retained.
- Finding solutions: You always find the right solutions and implement the individual needs of our customers.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training in tourism and several years of professional experience in the sales and travel agency environment
- Experience in advising luxury travelers
- Good IT and service knowledge as well as strong technical know-how
- Insatiable curiosity for new products, customer experience and technologies
- Experience and talent for managing employees
- Business fluent in German and English
- An agile mindset characterizes you, diversity and appreciation are your lived values
