About the role
Do you love traveling and enjoy creating unforgettable experiences by designing tailor-made trips to exciting destinations like Japan? We are looking for a Sales Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in planning the perfect trip.
As a Sales Travel Consultant, you will not only provide personalized travel advice, but also work with the team to create high-quality itineraries and offers. With a focus on B2C sales and customer service, you will contribute to our growth and the satisfaction of our customers.

Main tasks:
- Travel advice, online, by e-mail, by telephone and in person;
- Creating high-quality customized itineraries;
- Preparation of offers and travel documents;
- Prompt, professional customer service;
- Emergency service with on-call team;
- Invoicing and payment control;
- Preparation of trade fairs, promotional events and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team;
- Participation in trade fairs, promotional events, workshops and inspections.
What you should bring with you:
- Several years of professional experience in tourism, ideally in a travel agency;
- Very good knowledge of Japan and other Asian countries
- Very good knowledge of German and English, Japanese language skills an advantage;
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of a GDS, Amadeus preferred.
