Tourism sales representative
for MICE & group travel (m/f/d)
To support our team, we are looking for reinforcement as soon as possible and throughout Germany on a full-time or part-time basis from 30 hours.

Your tasks as a tourism agent for MICE & group travel
Your work will focus on independently processing our group and MICE inquiries. We offer our customers the following services:
- Booking and coordination of group trips worldwide from 10 people
- Overall organization of travel by flight, bus and train
- Booking of all types of accommodation
- Participant management and coordination
- Organization of locations, conference rooms, equipment, catering and much more
- Additional services such as soccer tickets, restaurant visits, concert tickets and much more.
Know-how and skills needed for this job
- at least one year of professional experience in the business and group travel sector
- and/or knowledge of flight group procedures including booking and issuing
- and /or experience in calculating and preparing offers according to customer budgets
- and / or confidence in the preparation of meeting and conference requests
- very good written and spoken German and English skills
- proficient MS Office skills
- confident handling of Amadeus, RAIL and NDC portals (e.g. FareLogix or Trainline)

Our two offices are located in Unterhaching near Munich and in Düsseldorf and we offer 3 workplace models: 100% office, 100% home office or hybrid working on a rotating basis.
