• You have a good training qualification as a travel/tourism agent as well as initial professional experience in company service or you have been working successfully in company service for a long time
• You are confident in the use of AMA/IATA/rail, are familiar with online booking systems and are proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
• You have a high motivation, are flexible, like to work independently and are very conscientious and reliable
• You are proud of your good knowledge of English and geography
• You are a team player, love to communicate with different people, are customer-oriented and have a high service and sales orientation
