Your role in the team
- Development of product management in the self-drive area
- Conception and implementation of performance management (yield & revenue) for all Eurotours products
- Tracking & responsibility for the performance of Eurotours products
- Data analysis
- Data quality management
What you have in your luggage
- Strong knowledge and experience in revenue & yield management at a tour operator including knowledge of the necessary technical tools
- Completed training in tourism or a degree in tourism/business administration
- Professional experience in a similar function in a tourism environment as well as knowledge of the tour operator market plus destination & product knowledge
- Strong leadership experience and assertiveness
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills
- Experience with transformation processes and strong implementation skills
