Your challenge
Take the next step in your career on the way to becoming a tourism expert and start at alltours as a Junior Hotel Buyer. In this position, you will negotiate with hotel partners and conclude contracts for hotel allotments. You will be supported by an experienced senior hotel buyer and our local agencies.
Your day-to-day business
- Negotiating prices and concluding contracts for hotel allotments
- Renegotiation of special price conditions
- Product analysis and capacity planning for our product range
- Control of hotel occupancy and securing bed capacity
- Evaluation of price comparisons and negotiation of special price promotions
- Responsibility for catalog and online tenders
- Hotel prioritization for sales promotion measures
Your qualification
- Completed training in tourism
- Studies in tourism or business administration
- First professional experience in tourism or hotel purchasing is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of individual destinations
- Confident appearance and assertiveness
- Negotiation and argumentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Passion and enthusiasm for tourism and holidays
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
