YOUR TASKS:
- Independently advising and inspiring our customers
- Developing individual offers on your own responsibility and with a view to closing deals
- Sale of additional tourism services from our diverse portfolio
- Cooperation with service providers, agencies and hotel partners worldwide
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed training as a travel or tourism agent (m/f/d)
- Strong customer orientation and sociability
- Team skills, organizational talent and goal-oriented work
- Passion and affinity for the cruise product
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good MS Office skills required - experience with IATA and START/AMADEUS/TOMA desirable
