- Travel Expert:in Indian Ocean (f/m/d) - full-time
- Travel Expert:in Asia / Pacific (f/m/d) - full-time
- Travel Expert:in Cruises (f/m/d) - full or part-time
Your tasks:
- Individual advice for our discerning customers when planning and booking luxury trips
- Developing customized travel offers and concepts at the highest level
- Supporting customers from initial contact to their return - in person, by telephone and digitally
- Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships through excellent service and trust
- Collaboration with exclusive partners and service providers worldwide
- Active co-design of new travel ideas and products in the premium segment
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a tourism agent (travel agent) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in travel sales - preferably in the premium segment
- A strong passion for different cultures and travel experiences - you convince customers with your expertise and authentic enthusiasm.
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as a high level of quality awareness
- Confident handling of MS Office and Amadeus
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
