Study Trip Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

In addition to administrative planning and organization, you will also be primarily responsible for carrying out group tours. You will serve as a key liaison between the agencies, guests, and local tour guides to ensure that trips run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for questions, complaints, or emergencies.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for public relations for the Study Tours department, creating relevant informational materials and organizing special events. In addition, you will advise and inform our customers about our offerings and will also personally lead individual tours, providing on-site guest support.

Your Profile:

  • Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree or vocational training in the tourism sector, along with professional experience
  • You value organizing your work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor are among your strengths
  • You are highly resilient and able to improvise confidently in stressful situations
  • You are empathetic, flexible, and assertive
  • You have very good written and spoken German skills as well as business-level English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
  • You are familiar with standard office software (MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook)
