As a tourism sales representative (m/f/d), you’ll serve as the link between hotel procurement, our partners in the destination areas, and our customers. You’ll ensure that our product portfolio grows, quality standards are maintained, and every booking goes smoothly.

Here are your responsibilities:
- Working closely with the hotel procurement team, you’ll expand our product portfolio and ensure that our quality standards are met at all times.
- Together with our partners in the destination regions, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration.
- You maintain master data and process bookings—including changes and special requests.
- As a knowledgeable point of contact, you’ll respond to customer and travel agency inquiries quickly and courteously.
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- A completed vocational training program in tourism.
- Practical experience in the tourism industry—ideally with a tour operator.
- An independent, cost-conscious, and customer-oriented approach to work.
- Assertiveness, an analytical and structured approach to work, and a confident demeanor.
- A friendly and confident communication style.
- Enjoyment of working with booking systems and an interest in technical processes.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
