Main tasks:
- Strategic development and planning: you will shape the future of our High School & Study Abroad programs by identifying new growth opportunities in the global travel market
- Process optimization in tourism: You optimize processes, especially in sales, to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Quality management: You ensure that our educational trips meet the highest standards and are continuously improved.
- International cooperation: You are the contact person for our global partners and maintain long-term relationships.
- Budget responsibility: You plan and monitor the department budget, always with an eye on the economic goals.
- Team leadership: You will lead a motivated team of 12 employees, promote their development and ensure an inspiring working environment.
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable management position (m/f/d), ideally in the tourism sector or alternatively in the areas of education or sales.
- Several months of international experience desired
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
- Experience in process optimization and quality management
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment
- Willingness to travel and confident handling of figures and budget responsibility
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
